  Broke down and rang them. They were very abrupt and told us to ring racv and hung up on us. Not good advertising for Charlton. We rang the other mechanic in Charlton and they were very helpful even though they were flat out and really didn't have the time.

  Lack of communication put me $660 out of pocket. All my car needed was a radiator cap (easy to find) but I was told to get a tow truck to Melbourne. When I called to discuss the boss had no interest in helping. Sorry guys but I'm very disappointed with your service.

  Had problems with my 2002 Nissan Patrol which has a multitude of uses on and off the farm. The Old Girl would not start. RACV called and attended from Charlton. End result was that vehicle was taken by tow truck to Walsh Motors in Charlton. The problem was rectified ( Fuel pump was cactus). In a Day the work was carried out and a Fan Belt replaced which was annoying the heck out of me. I also asked for a service to be carried out re Oil and Oil filter. All work carried out in a timely manner so that I was not without the vehicle for any period of time. I consider the service which was afforded to me was very professional. Customer Service and Communication was excellent. The cost of work which was carried out was not expensive but that which was to be expected. From my experience with this business, representing the RACV and also their own enterprise, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
